About the Company
Sree Rachana Agro Projects (India) Private Limited is a rapidly growing food manufacturing company specializing in premium Makhana (Fox Nuts), Dry Fruits, Mixed Nuts, Healthy Snacks, and Value-Added Nut Products. We are looking for a highly accomplished and result-oriented All India Marketing & Sales Head to lead our nationwide sales operations, build a strong distribution network, and establish our brand across India.
Key Responsibilities
National Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's pan-India sales strategy.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, institutional, and export markets.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
Distribution Network Development
- Build and strengthen a nationwide network of Super Stockists, C&F Agents, Distributors, Dealers, and Wholesalers.
- Expand market presence across all states in India.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners.
Modern Trade & Retail
- Drive business with Modern Trade chains such as D-Mart, Reliance Retail, Lulu Hypermarket, Spencer's, More Retail, Metro Cash & Carry, and Ratnadeep.
- Improve product visibility, shelf placement, and retail penetration.
General Trade & Institutional Sales
- Expand General Trade through distributors and wholesalers.
- Develop institutional business with hotels, restaurants, caterers, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices, and airlines.
- Manage key accounts and strategic customers.
E-Commerce & Digital Business
- Expand online sales through major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to increase online brand visibility and sales.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute nationwide marketing campaigns.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and product launch events.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and establish measurable KPIs.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and business performance.
- Present reports and recommendations to the Management.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Agribusiness (Preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 12–20 years of experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Dry Fruits, Healthy Snacks, Packaged Foods, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years in a National Sales Head / Business Head / Marketing Head role.
- Proven experience in developing nationwide distribution and achieving aggressive sales growth.
