Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Achieve branch-level Home Loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Develop and implement business strategies to maximize market penetration.
Generate business through DSA, Builder, Connector, and Direct Sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate brokers, and referral partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and support staff.
Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
Conduct regular sales reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Drive a high-performance sales culture within the branch.

Portfolio & Risk Management

Ensure quality sourcing and maintain healthy portfolio standards.
Monitor delinquency and support collection efforts when required.
Ensure adherence to credit policies and underwriting guidelines.
Minimize fraud and operational risks through effective controls.

Branch Operations

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing.
Improve customer experience through efficient service delivery.

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the organization in local market activities and networking events.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and review sales reports, pipeline reports, and branch performance dashboards.
Track branch profitability, productivity, and business trends.
Submit periodic reports to senior management.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Home Loan and Mortgage products.
Expertise in DSA, Builder, and Direct Sales channels.
Team handling and leadership capabilities.
Market mapping and business development skills.
Credit and risk awareness.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Relevant certifications in banking, finance, or mortgage sales will be an added advantage.
