Front Office Executive – Sahaj Hospital

Location: Indore
Salary: Upto 3LPA
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys meeting people, helping patients, and keeping things organized?

Sahaj Hospital is looking for a Front Office Executive who can be the welcoming face of our hospital and ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable, and professional experience from registration to consultation.

If you have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, a professional appearance, and a helpful attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Manage OPD registrations, appointments, and patient enquiries.
Coordinate with doctors and different hospital departments.
Support IPD admissions, discharges, and patient movement.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the billing team regarding estimates, payments, and receipts.
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
Assist patients with directions, procedures, and general queries.
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize unnecessary waiting time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle patient concerns politely and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline; Hospital/Healthcare Administration is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in a hospital front office, reception, or healthcare coordination role preferred.
Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and patient-friendly approach.
Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge; HMS/CRM experience is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy hospital environment.
Positive attitude with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact professionally with patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital staff.
