Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or closed sales
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, pricing, and promotional offers to answer client questions accurately.
Follow predefined communication scripts while adapting your tone and pitch to match the customer's specific needs
Organizing and mantaining files and records
Handling various mail/courier/email correspondence
