Our team is growing rapidly, and our People’s Hub is looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented intern to help us scale our internal learning and development processes. Role Overview: We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to work directly alongside our People Manager. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in designing, building, and rolling out structured training modules and curriculum for internal teams across all departments.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Talent Development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Module Design: Assist in creating, refining, and structuring L&D materials, training decks, guidebooks, and assessment tools across various departments.
Needs Assessment: Work with the People Manager and department leads to identify skill gaps and determine team training needs.
Program Facilitation & Logistics: Help schedule, organize, and coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Employee Feedback & Evaluation: Gather feedback post-training to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest actionable improvements.
HR & L&D Documentation: Maintain updated records of training logs, learning resources, and progress tracking dashboards.
Ideal Candidate:
Education: Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR Background (Bonus): Prior experience as an HR intern or handling basic talent management tasks is a major plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Instructional Mindset: Strong knack for structuring information logically to make learning simple and engaging for others.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Canva or basic e-learning tools are a plus).
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur for an in-office role.
