Job Description – Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the front office, greeting visitors, handling calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Welcome clients, visitors, and business associates in a professional and courteous manner.

 Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.

 Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

 Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales and management teams.

 Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures.

 Receive, sort, and distribute courier deliveries, mail, and office correspondence.

 Provide basic information about the company's projects and services to walk-in customers.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.

 Support day-to-day front office operations and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 Freshers are encouraged to apply.

 Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Administrative Assistant will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and attitude.

 Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Ability to remain calm and professional while handling multiple tasks.
