About Meera’s Plus Size Store

Meera’s Plus Size Store is one of India’s fastest-growing premium plus-size ethnic wear brands, built on the belief that “You are already beautiful – we make you feel that way.”

With a strong D2C presence, 3 offline stores, and a rapidly growing omni-channel footprint, we are now looking for a strategic marketing leader who can own the entire marketing engine of the brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who can manage and scale our upcoming store in one of the major locations at Trimurty Circle, Jaipur.

This is a management role for someone who understands both store building and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have experience building and scaling stores, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and building a welcoming and body-positive store environment.

You will directly report to the Founder and will be responsible for driving visibility, conversions, and long-term brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive store KPIs including conversion rate, average bill value (ABV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer retention.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase walk-ins and repeat business.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.

2. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates and support staff.
Set daily and weekly sales targets for team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture.
Ensure grooming standards and customer service protocols are maintained.

3. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver a personalized and empathetic shopping experience for plus-size customers.
Promote body positivity and confidence through styling support and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain high standards of VM (visual merchandising) aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

Ensure optimum stock levels and timely replenishment.
Monitor stock movement, sell-through, and size availability.
Minimize stock loss through effective shrinkage control measures.
Coordinate with warehouse and HO for stock planning and transfers.

5. Store Operations & Compliance

Ensure store SOPs, billing processes, and cash management procedures are followed.
Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and overall presentation.
Manage store expenses within budget.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate (Business/Fashion/Retail Management preferred)
3–6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in apparel or fashion retail preferred
Experience in plus-size or women’s fashion segment is an advantage
