Full job description

Hotel Mariton is looking for a well-presented, confident, and experienced Front Office Manager to manage the complete front office operation and deliver an excellent guest experience. The candidate should have strong hotel front-office experience, excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and hands-on knowledge of IDS hotel software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily front office operations.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, room allocation, billing, and guest accounts.
Ensure a high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
Monitor arrivals, departures, room availability, occupancy, and VIP guests.
Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other hotel departments.
Maintain accurate front-office records and daily reports.
Handle cash and payment-related procedures responsibly.
Ensure proper shift handovers and smooth communication between teams.
Use IDS software for reservations, billing, room status, reports, and other front-office functions.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and service standards.
Support management in achieving occupancy, revenue, and guest-satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5-8 years of relevant hotel front-office experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory position.
Hands-on knowledge of IDS hotel software is mandatory/preferred.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Good personality, professional appearance, and confident attitude.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of hotel reservations, billing, check-in/check-out, and front-office procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
