Key Responsibilities:

Guest Lifecycle: Perform seamless check-in and check-out procedures, verify guest identities, and process payments.
Concierge Services: Act as a local expert by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
Communication: Handle multi-line phone systems and manage the central email inbox for reservations and inquiries.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns immediately and professionally, escalating to the Duty Manager when necessary.
System Management: Maintain accurate data in the Property Management System (PMS) and coordinate room status with Housekeeping.
Financial Integrity: Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and ensure all guest billing is accurate.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus).
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or luxury service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PMS software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English]. [Optional: Mention additional languages].
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
