Full job description

Thind Dental Clinic is looking for an HR Manager cum Administrator to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in both human resource management and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Address grievances, employee concerns, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and clinic regulations.

Administrative Management

Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory of office supplies & medical equipment.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordination with staff & doctors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the clinic.
Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and administrative records.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and administrative roles is a must.

✔ Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor laws.
Experience in clinic/healthcare administration is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations effectively.

✔ Location: Must be based in Ludhiana or nearby cities (Work from Office role).

✔ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
