Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Accounts & Administration Executive who can effectively manage day-to-day accounting activities along with general administrative and office-related responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have 0–2 years of experience in accounting and/or administration, a good understanding of basic accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity requiring candidates to work in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

* Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions.

* Prepare invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

* Perform bank and account reconciliations.

* Maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents.

* Manage accounting data using MS Excel and accounting software.

* Assist with bookkeeping and other day-to-day finance-related activities.

* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of financial information.

Administration Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day administrative and office-related activities.

* Maintain and organize office records, documents, and administrative files.

* Coordinate routine office requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Assist with employee-related administrative activities and documentation.

* Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational requirements.

* Manage office supplies, records, and other administrative requirements.

* Handle routine correspondence, data entry, and documentation.

* Support management with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administration, or a combination of both.

* Basic to good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

* Familiarity with accounting software.

* Strong organizational and administrative skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

* Ability to manage accounting as well as administrative responsibilities independently.

* Willingness to work in the night shift.

* Comfortable working from the office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Skills

* Working knowledge of Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

* Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.

* Prior experience handling office administration and coordination.

* Good documentation and record-management skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable handling accounting and administrative responsibilities, is organized and dependable, and can take ownership of routine finance and office operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
