Job Title: Assistant Professor

Location: Mithila Institute of Management

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years of Teaching Experience (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to academic and institutional development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and attend academic conferences.
Mentor students for academic, professional, and personal development.
Maintain academic records and submit reports as required.
Participate in institutional committees, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
Support admissions, examinations, placements, and other institutional initiatives.
Foster an engaging and positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record.
NET/SET/Ph.D. qualification preferred as per regulatory norms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
