Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Telecalling Executive for our two-wheeler workshop. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, booking service appointments, following up with customers, promoting workshop services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Call existing and potential customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair offers.
Schedule and confirm service appointments for two-wheelers.
Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback and satisfaction.
Inform customers about periodic maintenance, insurance renewal, and special workshop offers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff for smooth customer handling.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or automobile service industry preferred.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing is an advantage
