Job Summary
Wild Harvest Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician for its Mahua Syrup Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of electrical systems and machinery to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain electrical systems and plant machinery.
- Monitor electrical panels, motors, wiring, and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production machinery and utility systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Check and maintain safety devices, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Coordinate with machine operators and maintenance team during operations.
- Ensure proper power supply to boiler, pumps, motors, and processing equipment.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and factory safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in electrical areas.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of motors, panels, MCC, wiring, and control systems.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues quickly.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in food processing, beverage, or syrup manufacturing industry preferred.
Working Conditions
- Industrial manufacturing environment.
- May require shift duty and emergency maintenance support.
- Use of PPE and adherence to electrical safety procedures mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
