Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic medical representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals in assigned territories. The medical sales representative will build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals while providing them with detailed and accurate product information.The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to delivering impactful results through meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and engage with healthcare professionals to present product information and address concerns.
Offer complete product knowledge, including usage, dosage, and benefits.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and achieve sales targets.
Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering appropriate product recommendations.
Gather insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities and report to internal departments.
Collaborate with the sales team and marketing departments on promotional strategies and campaigns.
Attend seminars, workshops, and other events to expand professional knowledge and networks.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance using CRM software.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

3-5 Years experience
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field
Proven record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with healthcare professionals
Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
In-depth product knowledge of pharmaceutical products and understanding of medical terminology
Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets within assigned territory
Familiarity with CRM tools and other digital sales tools
Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel within the assigned territory
