Full job description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our field sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding businesses onto the SWIQ platform, setting up their subscriptions, and providing ongoing support. This is a hands-on role that involves field visits, client meetings, and direct interaction with business owners.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales

Generate a minimum of 60 leads per month through field visits, cold calls, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
Convert leads into paying subscribers — target of 30 successful subscriptions per month.
Present SWIQ's features and pricing to business owners (clinics, salons, spas, service shops).
Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.

Client Onboarding & Setup

After a subscription is sold, set up the client's SWIQ account.
Create business profiles, configure availability schedules, upload QR codes.
Walk clients through the app and ensure they understand how it works.
Activate the subscription and confirm the service is live.

Client Support & Field Visits

Visit clients as instructed for setup assistance, service support, and query resolution.
Handle complaints, follow-up visits, and operational guidance.
Ensure smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.
Attend emergency or SOS visits when required.

Reporting & Tracking

Use company-provided GPS tracking, lead tracking, and attendance tools.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, conversions, and client feedback.
Report daily/weekly updates to management.

Working Hours & Schedule

Days: Monday — Saturday
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9 hours)
Sunday: Regular weekly off (may work during emergencies or promotions)
Flexibility: Timings may adjust for client meetings, field work, or urgent needs.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Own vehicle (bike preferred) for field visits.
Comfortable with target-based work and field sales.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Willing to work flexible hours including some Sundays if needed.

Nice-to-Have:

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or local business onboarding.
Familiarity with mobile apps and basic smartphone navigation.
Existing network in healthcare, salon, or service businesses.
Knowledge of Jodhpur's local business landscape.
