Full job description

We are looking for a proactive Senior Sales Executive who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires strong communication skills, regular client follow-ups, project coordination, and the ability to work with internal teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling B2B sales, project discussions, negotiations, and customer relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and approach new customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking.
Generate enquiries from architects, interior designers, hotels, restaurants, cafés, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Client Management

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Conduct online and in-person client meetings.
Prepare quotations with support from the estimation team.
Follow up consistently until order closure.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.

Order Coordination

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
Track order progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
Update enquiry status, follow-up schedules, and sales forecasts.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track sales targets and conversion ratios.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Share customer feedback with management for product improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in furniture, interiors, construction materials, building products, hospitality supplies, or related industries is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of the sales process.
Ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
