Job Purpose
The Administrative Executive provides end‑to‑end administrative support to the Claims team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient office and claims operations while maintaining service quality and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Send notifications to insured members to request pending requirements related to submitted claims
- Provide clear explanations to insured members for claims approved under exception basis
- Inform insured members about required medical documentation for future claim submissions within the same claim category
- Contact healthcare providers to follow up on pending requirements for submitted claims
- Triage and assign cases to appropriate team members for further handling
- Review aged pended claims and ensure proper closure in case of non‑receipt of requirements
- Meet daily production targets for indexing activities
- Maintain accurate file management and data classification (physical and electronic)
- Update and maintain claims related trackers for monitoring and analysis
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the team or management
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience aligned with the key administrative and claims‑support responsibilities outlined for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and basic data entry
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well‑organized with effective time management skills
- Comfortable with basic system navigation and IT tools
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Capable of managing large volumes of documents (paper and electronic)
- Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Demonstrates a positive, can‑do attitude
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Education*: Graduate (Any)
Experience Range*: Minimum 1-2 years and up to 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Excel, knowledge of healthcare insurance claims
Foundational Skills*: Expertise in Microsoft Office Excel, claims processing knowledge is Plus
Work Timings*: 7:30AM to 4:30PM IST(Flexible shift)
Job Location*: Bengaluru (Bangalore)
