Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Executive to lead our on-the-ground outreach and engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for representing our brand in various locations, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your proactive approach will drive brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and support the growth of our business through effective event management, negotiation, and exceptional customer service. Duties

Plan, coordinate, and execute local events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Engage with potential clients and customers through direct outreach, ensuring positive experiences that promote brand loyalty.
Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and sales terms with clients, vendors, and event organizers to maximize value for the company.
Upsell products or services during events or client interactions to meet sales targets and increase revenue streams.
Manage budgets for events and outreach activities, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
Develop detailed event plans including logistics, catering arrangements, venue setup, and guest management to ensure seamless execution.
Foster excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining organizational efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement event marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals.
Track performance metrics of outreach campaigns and report insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with venue managers, suppliers, and community partners to facilitate successful event execution.

Skills

Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
Strong background in marketing principles with experience in event marketing and planning.
Proven ability to upsell products or services during client interactions or events.
Experience in managing large-scale events such as banquets, fundraisers, or corporate gatherings within hospitality or restaurant settings.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in hospitality environments like hotels or restaurants.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of events management software, budgeting tools, and contract negotiations.
Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and collaborating with team members.
Organizational skills necessary for detailed planning of event logistics including catering, venue setup, and guest coordination.
