Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Company: I & V Bio

Job Summary

I & V Bio is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell enriched artemia products to aquaculture farms and hatcheries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence in the aquaculture industry.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell enriched artemia products to shrimp and fish farms, hatcheries, and aquaculture businesses.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farm owners, hatchery managers, distributors, and dealers.
Conduct regular field visits to customers to understand their requirements and provide technical product support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with production, customer care, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, seminars, and farm visits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Support new product launches and contribute to marketing strategies that strengthen the company's market presence.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aquaculture, fisheries, or animal nutrition.
Strong understanding of aquaculture farming practices and live feed products is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the shrimp and fish farming industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
