Job Title: Telemarketer Department: Sales/MarketingLocation: [Location of Coaching Institute]Summary:Recooty's blog describes the role of a Telemarketer as a professional who generates leads and sales through outbound calling, customer service, and effective communication. Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students to promote the coaching institute's courses and services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective students, address their queries, and provide information about the institute.
Identify potential students, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for further discussion.
Present the benefits of the institute's courses and services in a persuasive manner.
Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions within the CRM system.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into students.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
