1. JOB PURPOSE
To support and drive the company's domestic and international sales and marketing activities by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, generating business opportunities, coordinating with distributors and sales partners, and supporting the company's overall market expansion strategy.
The role will be responsible for converting market opportunities into profitable business while strengthening customer relationships and the company's presence across targeted industries and geographies.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, customer references, exhibitions, digital platforms and industry networks.
- Prepare and execute customer-wise and territory-wise sales plans.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business development meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable company products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials, purchase orders and repeat business.
- Negotiate with customers within approved commercial guidelines.
- Develop long-term relationships with procurement, technical, quality and management teams of customers.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
B. International Sales & Export Development
- Identify potential customers, distributors, agents and channel partners in international markets.
- Support development of markets in Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America, Latin America and other assigned regions.
- Coordinate with international distributors for lead generation and customer development.
- Prepare export quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Follow up on export enquiries, samples, trials and commercial orders.
- Monitor competitor activity, market prices and customer requirements in international markets.
- Support participation in international exhibitions and business meetings.
- Develop country-wise customer and market databases.
C. Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing activities in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, applications, customers and geographical markets.

- Import/export trends
- Potential applications
- Support preparation of company presentations, brochures, product literature and sales materials.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including website, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

- Support branding and promotional activities.
- Track competitor products, technologies and market positioning.
D. Exhibition & Event Management
- Identify relevant domestic and international exhibitions, conferences and technical events.
- Support planning and execution of exhibition participation.
- Coordinate booth requirements, product displays, marketing materials and customer invitations.
- Prepare visitor/customer databases before exhibitions.
- Generate leads during exhibitions and ensure systematic post-exhibition follow-up.
- Prepare exhibition lead-conversion reports.
- Develop business opportunities from exhibition contacts.
E. Customer & Distributor Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance against agreed targets.
- Support distributor appointment and development activities.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with distributors.
- Identify gaps in distributor coverage and develop new channel opportunities.
- Resolve commercial and coordination issues in association with relevant internal departments.
- Maintain updated customer and distributor databases.
- Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement requirements to management.
F. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts.
- Maintain sales pipeline and enquiry tracking.

- Discuss customer technical requirements with the Engineering/R&D/Production/Quality teams.
- Coordinate product trials, samples and customer approvals.
- Follow up on technical qualification and validation processes.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products.
- Collect technical feedback from customers and communicate it internally.
