Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Person will be responsible for recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits & organizational development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

Employee Engagement

Employee Grievances Management

Requirements

Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in Recruitment

Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho Recruit) will be a plus

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work in a startup with a result driven approach
