Job Description:

As an IT/Non-IT Recruiter at CAFSInfotech, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier IT/Non-IT talents. Working closely with hiring managers, you will contribute to building a dynamic team and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and recruit IT/Non-IT professionals.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure a proactive and competitive recruitment approach.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
