Job Description :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries such as manufacturing, Preferred Consultancy background candidates.
Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
