Product Management :
- Our Product centre is in Bangalore while our sales offices and partner ecosystem are spread across India and across global regions.
- Product Management at Tally is responsible for defining product vision, shaping strategy, and ensuring delivery of simple, scalable, and high-performance solutions for millions of businesses.
- The function operates across the full product lifecycle – from market understanding and roadmap definition to release execution and continuous customer feedback integration. We work at the intersection of customer reality, business context, and system architecture to translate complex workflows into structured, reliable product capabilities.
- Within Product Management, the UX/UI function plays a critical role in building intuitive, pattern-driven enterprise experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. The focus is on scalable interaction models, reusable design systems, and consistency across high-density business workflows.

What You Will Own
As a UX Designer, you will independently own moderately complex modules or feature tracks within a product vertical, driving structured UX design for enterprise workflows from concept through implementation. You will define detailed interaction flows, including states, validations, and edge cases, while applying and refining reusable visual and interaction patterns in alignment with established design systems. In addition, you will guide UX Designer–II and Associate Designers on structured execution tasks and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and high-quality delivery.
Experience You Should Bring
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX / Product Design.
- Experience working on enterprise, B2B, SaaS admin platforms, or structured productivity systems.
- Strong foundation in interaction design and systems thinking.
- Proven ability to independently handle moderately complex workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, and structured file organization.
- Ability to clearly document behavioral states and interaction logic.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end UX execution for assigned modules across product releases.
- Create structured interaction models covering all states, scenarios, and transitions.
- Apply and extend reusable visual and interaction design patterns.
- Participate in design critique sessions and iteratively refine solutions based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering during implementation to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
- Contribute to improving documentation standards and strengthening structured UX processes.
- Mentor junior designers and reinforce disciplined execution and best practices.
