What You'll Be Responsible For

Build Corporate Relationships

Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Owners, Directors, and CXOs.
Introduce partnership opportunities and employer engagement programs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring organizations.
Generate opportunities for recruitment, internships, campus hiring, and workforce development initiatives.

Employer Acquisition & Engagement

Onboard companies to participate in hiring and talent acquisition initiatives.
Encourage organizations to publish job opportunities and engage with our talent ecosystem.
Maintain regular communication with employer partners and key stakeholders.

Strategic Partnerships

Identify opportunities for collaboration with corporates, industry bodies, training organizations, and educational institutions.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements and MoUs.
Develop alliances that create value for both employers and job seekers.

Academic & University Outreach

Build relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement departments.
Explore collaboration opportunities for internships, placement support, workshops, and industry engagement activities.

Business Development

Generate new partnership opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and meetings.
Maintain a healthy sales and partnership pipeline.
Track activities and manage follow-ups through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

Experience

2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Business Development
B2B Sales
Corporate Sales
Recruitment Industry
Staffing Services
Employer Relations
EdTech Sales
Placement & Training Industry
