Reservation & Inventory Coordination: Monitor daily room occupancy, walk-ins, and group bookings, collaborating with the reservations and housekeeping teams to maximize room revenue and ensure prompt room readiness.
Financial & Billing Integrity: Audit front desk transactions, handle guest folios, process payments accurately, and manage shift cash floats according to hotel financial policies.
VIP & Loyalty Handling: Recognize returning guests, VIPs, and loyalty members, ensuring personalized welcomes, amenities, and room preferences are arranged prior to arrival.
Team Supervision & Shift Operations: Lead shift briefings, supervise front desk agents and bell staff, delegate operational tasks, and enforce brand grooming and service standards.
Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as the primary operational hub, liaisoning with engineering, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to address guest needs, service delays, or emergency situations quickly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
