Job Summary
This is a demanding, impact-driven role that requires strong communication, empathy, ownership and initiative. This is not a passive teaching position. We expect our trainers to actively mentor, guide and inspire students to grow beyond their limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on communication skills, confidence building, resume writing, interview preparation and professional etiquette.
- Teach body language, presentation skills, teamwork and workplace professionalism through experiential and activity-based learning methods.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to help students identify strengths, overcome limitations and build self-belief.
- Collaborate closely with the academic and placement teams to align soft skill training with employability outcomes.
- Continuously assess student progress and adapt training methods to suit diverse learning needs.
- Create a psychologically safe, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and growing.
- Take ownership of student transformation and proactively suggest improvements in training methods, curriculum and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry expectations and evolving workplace trends to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, English, Communication, HR or a related field.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring or counseling is preferred. (Even if you do not have extensive experience but possess strong passion and natural training ability, we encourage you to apply.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to engage, inspire and manage a classroom effectively.
- Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
