Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, dedicated, and result-oriented Arabic PRO Assistant to manage government-related documentation, official correspondence, and administrative procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong Arabic and English communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and experience handling government portals and official processes.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare official letters, documents, and correspondence in Arabic and English
Handle online applications and submissions through government portals
Manage contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documentation
Maintain records, filing systems, and document tracking
Coordinate visa, license, and contract renewal processes
Support HR and Administration with government-related procedures
Monitor document expiry dates and provide timely updates
Follow up on pending applications and approvals with authorities
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Key Requirements

Fluent in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
Arabic typing skills are mandatory
Good English communication skills
Professional, proactive, and organized personality
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with KSA government portals and documentation procedures
Knowledge of Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Absher, and Labor Office portals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous PRO or Government Relations experience is preferred

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience in Arabic documentation and official correspondence

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
