Centre Head – Pre Primary School

Location: FirstCry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare, Tellicherry, Kannur District.

Position: Centre Head

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

FirstCry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare is looking for a dynamic and responsible Centre Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our preschool centre. The candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills along with a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall functioning of the preschool and daycare centre
Supervise teachers and support staff
Ensure smooth academic and administrative operations
Handle parent communication and admissions
Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly environment
Conduct staff coordination and daily reporting
Monitor classroom quality and student activities
Support marketing and enrolment activities of the centre

Requirements

Excellent fluency in English is mandatory
Strong leadership and communication skills
Prior experience in preschool administration/teaching preferred
Ability to manage staff and interact professionally with parents
Basic computer knowledge is preferred
Candidates residing in or around Tellicherry will be preferred

Qualification

Graduation is mandatory
B.Ed/Montessori/NTT certification will be an added advantage

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and performance.
