Full job description

Spectrum Solar is hiring Trainee Engineers (Electrical & Electronics). This opportunity is open to Diploma (Polytechnic) holders and Engineering Graduates who are interested in building a career in the solar and renewable energy sector.

Please note: This is a fieldwork position. Only genuinely interested candidates are requested to apply. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in solar PV system installation and commissioning
Support electrical wiring, testing, and basic troubleshooting
Work with site engineers for project execution
Maintain daily work reports and documentation
Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.E / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Willing to travel to project sites

Preferred Skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the solar industry
Good communication and teamwork
Basic MS Office knowledge
