The Opportunity This unique role bridges your existing expertise in facial anatomy and surgical precision with the rapidly growing field of hair restoration. If already trained: You will step directly into leading hair transplant procedures while supporting other minor facial aesthetics. If new to the field: We provide comprehensive, hands-on training under the mentorship of our senior experts, covering advanced FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation), and regenerative scalp therapies. Key Responsibilities Surgical Execution: Perform high-precision hair transplant surgeries (FUE/FUT) ensuring maximum graft survival and aesthetic naturalness. Clinical Consultations: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose hair loss conditions, and design customized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans. Local Anesthesia & Block Management: Utilize your advanced maxillofacial training to administer highly effective, comfortable local nerve blocks for patients. Pre- & Post-Operative Care: Monitor patient recovery, manage post-op follow-ups, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with our dedicated team of technicians and nursing staff to ensure seamless clinical operations. Qualifications & Skills Education: MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) from a recognized institution. Experience: Prior experience or formal training in hair transplantation is a major plus, but a strong willingness to learn and get trained by our senior team is highly valued. Skills: Exceptional surgical hand-eye coordination, deep understanding of facial aesthetics/symmetry, and a meticulous eye for detail. Soft Skills: Excellent patient communication, empathetic bedside manner, and a collaborative team spirit.
