Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Projects Design & Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and supporting Industrial Automation and Building Management System (BMS) projects, along with delivering technical training programs for corporate clients and individual trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and provide technical support for Industrial Automation and BMS projects
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for corporate clients and students
- Handle PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD system design, programming, and troubleshooting
- Prepare electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and technical documentation
- Support project installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities
- Research and develop new automation solutions, projects, and training materials
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning meetings
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to project and training teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and documentation practices
- Support company-organized technical workshops, seminars, and training sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD programming and integration
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Automation and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings
- Experience in project execution, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning
- Good communication and presentation skills for technical training delivery
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
- Prior experience in automation training or industrial project support is an added advantage
- Knowledge of industry-standard automation platforms and protocols preferred
Pay: ₹240,165.70 - ₹794,366.56 per year
