Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional manner.
Manage check-in, check-out, and billing procedures accurately.
Handle direct reservations via phone, email, and at property.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints; escalate when necessary.
Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance for guest requirements.
Provide local information, directions, and recommendations about Matheran.
Prepare daily front desk reports and assist with shift handover.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional;

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Graduation in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred; relevant work experience accepted.
1–3 years of front office or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and MS Office.
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
