Full job description

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official documents.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Operations

Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
Monitor staff performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Accounts & Finance

Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense reports.
Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants during audits and tax filings.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR practices, operations management, and accounting principles.
Experience working with payroll and statutory compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Accounts.
Experience in payroll processing, employee documentation, compliance, and financial reporting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
