Full job description

Markitro is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through creative content, branding, social media marketing, AI-powered solutions, and performance marketing. We work with businesses across hospitality, beauty, education, healthcare, events, and many other industries.

We're looking for a passionate Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging visual and written content that captures attention and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Plan and develop creative ideas for Reels, Shorts, and viral social media content.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling-based content.
Capture photos and videos during client shoots and office activities.
Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Design basic creatives, carousels, and story posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to execute campaigns.
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of client content.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve content quality and productivity.

Required Skills

Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Knowledge of Canva and CapCut (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content.
Experience in content planning and scripting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field.
Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
1 - 2 years of experience in content creation is preferred.
