Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and strengthen the digital marketing activities of Westford .

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified student enquiries, improve conversion performance and support enrolment growth across multiple markets.

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, online education, higher education, executive education or professional course marketing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with student recruitment, enrolment and revenue objectives.
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Drive qualified lead generation for academic programmes, professional courses and online learning products.
Optimise campaign performance based on cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, enrolment rate and return on advertising spend.
Work closely with admissions and sales teams to analyse lead quality, follow-up effectiveness and conversion outcomes.
Develop audience segmentation, remarketing and lead-nurturing strategies for different programmes, regions and learner profiles.
Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, technical SEO and organic traffic growth.
Review website and landing-page performance and recommend improvements to user experience, messaging and conversion rates.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, website developers and programme teams to deliver campaigns.
Use analytics and CRM data to evaluate the complete journey from campaign click to enquiry, application and enrolment.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, risks, recommendations and corrective actions.
Monitor competitor campaigns, emerging EdTech trends, student behaviour and digital marketing best practices.
Ensure campaign messaging and data-handling practices comply with organisational policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Guide junior digital marketing team members and support capability development within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience managing performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, conversion tracking and marketing dashboards.
Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate optimisation.
Ability to analyse campaign data and translate findings into practical business actions.
Experience working with CRM systems and coordinating with admissions or sales teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple programmes, campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in EdTech, higher education, online education or professional training.
Experience marketing MBA, DBA, executive education, diploma or professional certification programmes.
Exposure to international student recruitment markets, particularly the GCC, India, Africa, Europe or other global markets.
Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, email marketing and WhatsApp-based lead engagement.
Experience managing agencies, vendors or distributed marketing teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
