Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President – U.S. Enterprise Sales & Business Development to lead our business development initiatives across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling offshore BPO/KPO services to U.S.-based organizations, an established network of decision-makers, and a proven track record of closing enterprise outsourcing engagements.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building executive relationships, driving strategic partnerships, negotiating enterprise contracts, and accelerating Streamline-Global's growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities across the United States.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, Procurement Leaders, and Operations Executives.
Sell Streamline-Global's outsourcing solutions, including:
Mortgage Operations
Title & Settlement Services
Banking Back Office
Contact Centre & Customer Support
Document Processing & Data Entry
AI-powered Automation Solutions
Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Generate, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial pricing, and negotiate contracts.
Work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term customer success.
Represent Streamline-Global at U.S. client meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels.
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

Graduate
12+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience selling offshore BPO/KPO services to U.S.-based organizations.
Demonstrated success in closing enterprise outsourcing contracts with mid-market and Fortune 1000 organizations.

Strong network of decision-makers across one or more of the following industries:

Mortgage
Financial Services
Title & Settlement
Insurance
Contact Centres
Healthcare
Proven experience selling consultative outsourcing solutions.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to engage C-level executives.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling services delivered from India or other offshore/global delivery centres.
Existing relationships with mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, title companies, fintechs, insurance organizations, enterprise contact centres, or shared services organizations.
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM and sales enablement platforms.

First-Year Success Expectations

Build a qualified enterprise sales pipeline exceeding US$3 million.
Acquire 5–10 new strategic enterprise clients.
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships across target industries.
Establish a scalable and repeatable U.S. sales strategy to support Streamline-Global's long-term growth.

Travel Requirements

This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively across the United States as and when required for client meetings, business development, conferences, trade shows, and strategic account management.
Must possess a valid passport and be eligible to obtain a U.S. business visa.
Must be willing to work during U.S. business hours and travel internationally on short notice based on business requirements.

Pay: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
