Job Description :Software Tester
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester to join our development team.. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

Company committed to delivering innovative solution. We are seeking a skilled and talented Software Testing to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Review and analyse system specifications
· Collaborate with Testing Team to develop effective strategies and test plans
· Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
· Evaluate product code according to specifications
· Create logs to document testing phases and defects
· Report bugs and errors to development teams
· Help troubleshoot issues
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
· Good Knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing
· Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
· Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
· Strong organizational skills
Education
BE, BTech Computer Science, E&TC ,Mechanical, Electrical background, MCA, MTech
Location - Kolhapur
Pass out Year: 2023,2024,2025.2026
