JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Department : Marketing & Business Development

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating brand awareness, generating business enquiries, supporting lead generation activities, managing digital marketing campaigns, and strengthening the company's online presence. The role focuses on promoting industrial products and services through various digital platforms while supporting the sales team with qualified marketing leads

Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Promote company products and services across digital platforms.
Generate quality business enquiries through online marketing.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

2. Social Media Management

Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube business pages.
Create and publish regular posts, product updates, and company news.
Design promotional banners, reels, and marketing creatives.
Respond to customer enquiries received through social media.

3. Website Management Update website content, product pages, and company information.

Upload new products, technical data sheets, catalogues, and project references.
Coordinate with website developers for improvements.
Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date.

4. Lead Generation

Generate business enquiries through digital campaigns.
Collect and maintain customer databases.
Qualify leads and assign them to the sales team.
Track enquiry status until handover.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Prepare professional email campaigns.
Send newsletters, brochures, and product catalogues.
Manage WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns.
Follow up with customers regarding promotional activities.

6. Content Development

Create marketing content for brochures, presentations, blogs, and social media.
Write product descriptions and technical content.
Prepare customer success stories and case studies.
Develop promotional videos and presentation materials.

7. SEO & Online Visibility

Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Improve Google search rankings. Manage Google Business Profile.
Monitor website traffic and visitor engagement.

8. Market Research

Research target industries, consultants, EPC companies, OEMs, and contractors.
Study competitors' digital activities.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

9. CRM & Database Management

Maintain digital marketing lead records.
Update CRM with enquiry and customer information.
Prepare weekly and monthly lead reports.
Ensure timely follow-up of all digital enquiries.
Basic Video Editing
Excellent communication preferred
Professional email writing
Presentation and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, or MBA (Marketing)
Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage. Experience
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Lead Generation.
Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge and creativity may also apply.
