Full job description

Job Title: Accountant cum Store Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage both accounting functions and store/inventory operations. This dual-role position requires strong financial acumen along with hands-on experience in stock handling, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors and support audits

Store & Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
Monitor inward and outward material movement
Conduct periodic physical stock verification
Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, Stock Registers)
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment
Implement inventory control practices to minimize losses

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com preferred)
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems like ERPNext)
Good understanding of inventory management practices
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
