About the Company

As we aggressively expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to spearhead our online growth across major E-commerce platforms and fast-paced Quick Commerce channels while streamlining our digital supply chain and backend operations.

- Role Overview

Position Title: Senior Manager – E-Commerce & Quick Commerce (Operations)
Experience Required: 8 to 9 Years (Preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Packaged Snacks sector)
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Job Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake Sector 5, West Bengal.

- Key Responsibilities1. Channel Management & Sales Growth

Marketplace Oversight: End-to-end management of official D2C website sales and primary e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
Quick Commerce Scaling: Drive revenue, cataloging, and top-of-mind visibility across instant delivery platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and BigBasket Now / Instamart, Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, lightning deals, sponsored ads, and brand-store optimizations to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

2. End-to-End Supply Chain & Operations

Inventory & Stock Planning: Track stock levels across various regional fulfillment centers (FBA, Flipkart Assured, and Quick Commerce dark stores) to eliminate stock-outs.
Order Fulfillment: Supervise daily order processing, packaging compliance, dispatch tracking, and return (RTO) management.
Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with the production facility and warehouse teams to ensure seamless dispatch of raw, bulk, and flavored roasted makhana variants.

3. Data Analytics & Commercial Reporting

Performance Tracking: Analyze daily sales, traffic trends, conversion rates, and consumer feedback to optimize product listings.
Financial Reconciliation: Monitor marketplace payouts, commissions, logistical deductions, and damages to maintain healthy profit margins.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8–9 years of proven track record managing marketplace portals and operational workflows for consumer brands.
Platform Expertise: Strong technical familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Flipkart Shopping portals, and backend panels of major Quick Commerce apps.
Operational Soundness: Excellent command over inventory control, logistics management, supply forecasting, and vendor coordination.
Industry Preference: Prior exposure to managing digital distribution channels for grocery, snacks, or FMCG goods is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for deep-dive sales and operational data tracking.
