Company Overview: We are a growing Wellness company dedicated to providing exceptional spa, wellness, beauty and relaxation services. Our mission is to create a positive experience for clients and employees through professionalism, care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for spa, salon, wellness, and corporate staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department managers.
Manage job postings and maintain recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and job offers.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with universities, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
Ensure timely hiring to meet company staffing requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, salon, or service industry is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
