Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager – Solar Office Planning to oversee office planning activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure the smooth execution of solar project documentation and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting project timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day office operations related to solar projects.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities.
Manage project files, permits, approvals, and customer documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Assist in resource planning and allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
Support management in process improvement and operational planning.
Handle client and vendor communications professionally.
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in office planning, operations, or project coordination (solar industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of project documentation and coordination is an advantage.
