We're looking for a sharp and technically minded IT Assistant who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love technology and want to grow your skills in a real work environment — this is the perfect start.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Troubleshoot system and connectivity problems quickly and efficiently
Maintain office networks, printers, CCTV, and IT equipment
Monitor system performance and ensure data security at all times
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
Assist staff with IT queries and day-to-day technical support

What We're Looking For

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and network/internet setup
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Freshers with solid technical knowledge are welcome to apply
