Working closely with Product Owners, Architecture, Data Engineering, Security, Operations, and senior business stakeholders, you will drive the evolution of Salesforce as a core system supporting for CRM journeys. To be successful as a VP Engineering Lead, you should have experience with:
Senior engineering leadership experience deliveringlarge‑scale Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom platform capabilities) in complex enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, working withglobal business leads, product teams, and technology partners to align strategy and execution.
Hands‑on experience leadingplatform transformation, modernisation, and technical debt reduction, with a strong focus on scalability and reuse.
Ownership ofend‑to‑end Salesforce architecture, including integrations, data flows, security, CI/CD, and environment strategy.
Leading delivery across Salesforce platforms throughagile engineering teams, guiding prioritisation, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable outcomes.
Establishing and enforcingplatform governance, risk, and control frameworks, including release management, access control, and audit readiness.
