Job Purpose
To bridge the gap between technical and commercial functions by handling tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, procurement coordination, contract administration, billing, cost control, and project documentation, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Estimation
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and bid submissions.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarifications.
Commercial & Contracts
- Prepare client and subcontractor RA bills.
- Verify quantities and measurements executed at site.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and variation orders.
- Review contract conditions, purchase orders, and work orders.
- Maintain records of contractual correspondence, claims, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs and prepare commercial MIS reports.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and recommend technically compliant vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries.
- Track purchase orders and material requirements.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, finance, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress against budget and schedule.
- Prepare project reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost analyses.
- Maintain project documentation and commercial records.
Technical Responsibilities
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify discrepancies in BOQs and drawings.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, or Project Management is desirable.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in construction, industrial, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in tendering, billing, contracts, estimation, and procurement is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
