To deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Clinical Patient Care
- Perform comprehensive patient assessment including physical, psychological, and social evaluation
- Monitor and record vital parameters accurately (BP, Pulse, Respiration, Temperature, SpO₂)
- Administer medications (oral, IV, IM, SC) as per physician’s orders
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
- Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Ensure continuity of care through proper handover during shift changes
B. Nursing Procedures & Clinical Duties
- Perform wound dressing, catheterization, IV cannulation, suctioning, and other nursing procedures
- Prepare and assist in minor/major surgical procedures
- Maintain aseptic techniques and sterile field during procedures
- Ensure correct patient identification before any procedure or medication administration
- Assist doctors during ward rounds and implement treatment plans
C. Emergency & Critical Care Management
- Identify early signs of patient deterioration and escalate immediately
- Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and assist in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Manage emergency equipment such as defibrillator, ventilator, suction apparatus
- Provide immediate care in trauma and casualty cases
- Maintain crash cart readiness at all times
D. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Record nursing observations, medication charts, intake-output charts
- Report any abnormal findings or incidents to the concerned doctor
- Ensure proper documentation for medico-legal cases
E. Infection Control & Safety
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of instruments
- Follow biomedical waste management guidelines
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
- Maintain patient safety and prevent hospital-acquired infections
F. Patient & Attender Communication
- Educate patients and their relatives about treatment, medication, and care plan
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
- Maintain professional and courteous communication
- Handle patient queries and complaints effectively
G. Coordination & Teamwork
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments
- Ensure timely investigations and reports
- Work collaboratively with nursing team and support staff
- Participate in hospital meetings, training, and quality improvement programs
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing
- Registered with State Nursing Council
4. EXPERIENCE
- Fresher or 1–5 years of clinical experience
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, or OT preferred

- Strong clinical and technical nursing skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making ability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient safety standards
6. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Rotational duty shifts including night shifts
- Work in high-pressure environments such as ICU and emergency units
- Exposure to infectious diseases and critical cases
7. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
- Accuracy in medication administration
- Patient care quality and satisfaction
- Adherence to infection control practices
- Documentation completeness and accuracy
- Response time in emergency situations

- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and ethical standards
- Follow hospital policies and guidelines
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
