Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst with 5-7 years of experience supporting data-driven decision making within large, complex multinational organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational business objectives.
This role requires strong technical expertise, experience working with digital marketing and analytics platforms, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to business leaders and stakeholders across global markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about data quality, KPI management, performance reporting, and identifying opportunities and risks that impact business outcomes.
Data Collection, Validation & Management

Collect, integrate, and manage data from multiple internal sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to maintain reliable datasets.

Develop and maintain processes that support data governance, reporting accuracy, and audit requirements.

Create and document standardized datasets and reporting structures that enable consistent KPI tracking across business functions and regions.
Analytics & Business Insights

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations.

Translate business requirements into analytical models, metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Proactively identify marketing performance drivers and provide recommendations to improve business results.

Deliver data-driven insights that enable leadership teams to make informed decisions regarding marketing campaigns, channel attribution, e-commerce, customer engagement and conversion rate optimization initiatives.

Monitor key business KPIs and investigate variances, anomalies, and emerging risks to business objectives.
Reporting & Visualization

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using industry-leading business intelligence tools.

Create executive-level reporting packages that communicate performance against goals and strategic priorities.

Present insights through clear and compelling visual stories that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuously improve reporting frameworks to increase automation, usability, and business value.
Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and strategic objectives.

Support global stakeholders by providing timely analysis and recommendations.

Collaborate effectively with regional and international team members across multiple time zones.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data management roles.

Advanced experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI

Advanced proficiency with GA4 and GTM with deep understanding of event-based analytics models, including the design, validation and analysis of events, conversions, user journeys, custom dimensions and taxonomies, ecommerce tracking and data collection frameworks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas and functions, Data modeling and reporting

Demonstrated experience supporting large multinational organizations with complex datasets, multiple business units, and international stakeholders.

Experience defining measurement requirements, tracking plans, event naming conventions and documentation standards to ensure scalable and governed analytics implementations.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting digital measurement implementations using Google Tag Manager, browser developer tools, DebugView, Tag Assistant, and data Layer validation techniques.

Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, user behavior, cohort-based analysis, engagement trends and website optimization opportunities.

Strong understanding of digital attribution methodologies, campaign measurement frameworks, traffic source classification, and marketing channel performance analysis.

Knowledge of SQL and data extraction methodologies is highly desirable.
