Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple construction sites.
Ensure all projects meet design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other team members.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
Facilitate training and development opportunities to improve team performance and skills.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with HR, finance, and procurement departments for resource planning and budget tracking.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
Manage and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, ensuring all sites comply with HSE standards.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, budgets, and safety.
Develop contingency plans to handle unforeseen issues.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular progress reports for senior management.
Track project KPIs and ensure all projects meet performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a regional management role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects within deadlines and budgets.

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, HSE standards, and quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
